Swoop Recruitment was created from the team’s combined sixteen-year experience in recruitment, and is driven by a profound grasp of human motivations. Although well versed in the world of recruitment, Swoop wanted to do things differently and so required an Identity, brand direction and website which would be playful and personal, while maintaining its professionalism and presenting itself as an authority in the space.

The brand direction is clean, direct, and human, which works alongside the people focused art direction to create that identity which is unique to Swoop. The overall identity is strategically minimal, in order to be bold, the identity allows the content and imagery to come through, and allows the users to link the iconic and impact of the visuals with the people behind the brand. All of these elements reflecting Swoop's mission.
