Legacy Jiu Jitsu
Legacy Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club with a huge emphasis on being welcoming to all, and on fostering a community. The mission for the brand was to make a lasting mark, to build a identity that would communicate a professional and approachable presence, but also be somehting members could rally behind in the competitive jiu jitsu arena. For Legacy, RD³ crafted a brand identity that is impactful, dynamic, and engages a new audience that is interested in starting Jiu Jitsu but has has reservations up to this point, while also representing the club and appealing to people already practicing the martial art.

Inspired by the club’s name and commitment to building a legacy, we designed a visual identity that honours tradition while embracing contemporary elements. By seamlessly integrating clean lines, striking typography, and impactful imagery, we created a brand presence that commands notice, and reflects the club’s focus on a clean, welcoming, and structured environment to learn and train in.
